Waiver
Due to scheduling of our staff, it is imperative that we know of any changes to your bridal party's services in advance. Our
cancellation policy is outlined in our brochure and under "policies" on our website. It is as follows: If you must cancel
or reschedule and appointment, please extend 24 hours notice to us. Failure to show for an appointment will
result in 100% charge for reserved services. Also, changes made less than 24 hours in advance or due to
lateness will be charged for the amount of the individual service. A 50% advance deposit is required on some
services, including any individual, group, or bridal reservations. To confirm your accommodations, the salon will
need a credit card number. Any cancellations less than 24 hours in advance, downgrades, or no shows on appointments
scheduled both prior to and on the date of the wedding will be charged in full for the amount of the original service. Any
services performed before hours of operation will be charged double.

Trial Run for the Bride.......
An updo style and/or a makeup trial run are recommended to ensure your wedding day expectations are completely met.
Please bring any head piece, hair clip, or veil that you will be wearing on your wedding day. Also, come in with clean, dry
hair and a button down or zipper down shirt. Pictures of your desired style and/or makeup are welcome.
