| Services We practice that our clients come first. We appreciate any suggestions or comments. Please feel comfortable in disclosing any concerns for we strive to please. Refunds Gift certificates and services are non-refundable. Retail products may be returned for store credit up to 14 days after purchase. Payment Michele's honors Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and personal checks with proper ID. Personal checks are subject to a $30 return check fee. A deposit is required for any bridal reservation. Cancellations and No-Show A 24 hour notice is required to cancel an appointment. Failure to show for an appointment will result in a 100% charge for a reserved service. Changes in services made less than 24 hours in advance or due to lateness will be charged for the amount of the original service. Gift Certificates The Perfect Gift! Customize your gift or choose from Michele's Personal Collection which are packages available at an already discounted price. Gift certificates expire one year from the date of purchase. Personal Belongings Michele's Salon and Spa and our staff shall not be held responsible or liable for any damage to or loss of personal belongings. Please do not bring valuables to your appointment. |
